Whitehaus CollectionBath Faucets and carry a limited warranty to be free of manufacturing defects of material and workmanship (such as the casting of the faucet). Internal components (such as O-rings, cartridges and supply lines) are warrantied for a period of5 years. The limited warranty does not apply to damages caused by improper installation, maintenance, modifications, repair, abuse, misuse, neglect or replacement of components where damage is caused by normal wear and tear. This limited warranty does not cover, and Whitehaus Collectionshall not be responsible for, any labor charges, injuries, incidental or consequential damages. Whitehaus CollectionChrome/Polished Stainless Steel and Brushed Nickel/Brushed Stainless Steel finishes are warranted for5 years. Special finishes* are warrantied for1 yearand living finishes carry a90 daywarranty.

Whitehaus Collectionproducts are warrantied for normal use only and exclude defect or damage caused by or resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, scratches, dents, abrasives, chemicals or improper installation/care/maintenance (whether performed by a plumber, contractor, service provider, or unqualified person). This warranty does not apply to replacement of components where damage is caused by normal wear and tear, dirt, limescale, aggressive air and water conditions, harsh or abrasive cleansers or materials. A copy of the end-users original receipt is required as Proof of Purchase to file a Warranty claim. Dealers purchase order number or Whitehaus Collectioninvoice number will not be accepted as Proof of Purchase. If a product is found to be defective, the limit of damage is the cost of the defective material. Whitehaus Collectionreserves the right to discontinue or modify any product or product warranty. This warranty is non-transferable.Whitehaus Collectionis not liable for consequential damage, labor, loss, or expense of any nature whatsoever.
